Arnold Speaks On Why There’s No Too Much Noise About Rocky Dawuni’s Grammy Nomination

Most consistent entertainment pundits, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has made his submission on Ghanaian reggae star, Rocky Dawuni’s GRAMMY award nomination.

Rocky Dawuni for the second time, got himself a Grammy nomination as after he was named one of the finest Global Albums of the year by the 2022 Grammy Awards.

With his 2020 EP, the Voice Of BunBon, Volume 1, Rocky Dawuni got nominated for this prestigious award.

After his second appearance on Grammy awards nomination lists, Rocky has been receiving congratulatory messages from a few of his colleagues and the media.

Noise are being made on social media about his Grammy nomination as he has made Ghana proud.

According to Arnold, the noise about Rocky Dawuni’s Grammy nomination is not higher than he expected it to be.

Speaking about the Grammy nomination as a guest on the DaybreakHiz entertainment show, Arnold said, Rocky Dawuni’s acceptance in the public is some way. He divulged that the noise about Rocky’s Grammy nomination would be much higher if it were to be Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, or Sarkodie.

In his submission, he said; Let’s be a little bit candid: If it were to be a Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy or Sarkodie GRAMMY nomination, the noise would have been a much higher. It appears Rocky’s acceptance in our domain is someway.

People on social media have reacted to Arnold’s submission on Rocky’s Grammy nomination.

A guy who reacted it, said: Because Rocky doesn’t promote his songs here in Ghana , so the people of Ghana don’t actually get a good connection with him. Most of us got to know him just through this Grammy nominee.

We are not familiar with him and that’s the problem and that’s why there’s no noise made
