Rapper Pure Akan is looking forward to the ban of KiDi’s global wave making song “Touch It”.

He wants the song to be banned from airwaves because of the lyrical content in it.
According to him, the song contains explicit content which is not good for children’s consumption. So, therefore, it should be banned from airwaves.

Speaking with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwanso Dwodwoo drive time, Pure Akan said the agency is in charge of regulating explicit material. And songs on the airwaves need to be up and doing to ensure that songs that contain such messages are banned.

However, Pure Akan said he does not think these songs are the reasons. Why the young ones have a corrupt attitude. But believes the messages contained in such songs as KiDi’s “Touch It” is intended for a particular group hence the need for it to be regulated.

” Touch It” is a song by KiDi on his “Golden Boy” album. The song has become a global song, which is making waves.

Pure Akan is out with the body of work of his second studio album “Nyame Mma”. A great masterpiece. Available on all the online stores.
