Asamoah Gyan, the former Captain of the National soccer team, Black Stars, reveals an unknown about dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale .
The football striker disclosed this in an interview on Accra based Peace FM with Kwame Sefa Kayi that he attended the same Junior High School with the Shatta Movement boss, and he was his classmate.
Yes, I attended Seven Great Prince Academy, he was my classmate but what people don’t know about him is, that he knows the business. Sometimes somebody has to play a valiant role in a movie but when you see him personally, he is a very very respectful guy, he is a good person.
Gyan continued to say he knows Shatta Wale well, he is closer to him.
But how people have tagged him as controversial and other things, I know him well, I’m closer to him and I know. But when you come into the game, what you will do to claim your name or business-wise, somebody has to act that way.
Concluding, Asamoah Gyan said, Shatta Wale doesn’t take things personally sometimes as people see him.
Sometimes when you watch him, he doesn’t take things that personal but people take it personally, but all are part of the entertainment. I attended the same school as him and I know him very well.
